Holiday begins, the longest break I ever have in UCSI. Can have plenty of time doing what I wanna do =) but, dunno where to start with...

the cramp makes me just wanna roll on the bed

What else I can do to relieve the pain other than taking pills?

Hot beverage? (can hold for a while only)
